- Set vendor to "Mo3he" and vendorUrl to GitHub repo in all manifest.json
files to avoid implying Tailscale Inc. endorsement (Clause 3)
- Add Tailscale third-party notice to README.md
- Add attribution/disclaimer footer to docs/index.html
