Logging improvements: - All stream end logs now prefixed with RX or TX for clarity - TX terminator logs promoted from DEBUG to INFO level - Added 'reason=' to all end logs (terminator or timeout) - Consistent format across all stream lifecycle events Dashboard improvements: - Changed TX color from orange to red (#ef4444) - More visually distinct from other states Example logs: - RX stream ended: reason=terminator - entering hang time - TX stream ended: reason=terminator (no hang time on TX) - RX stream ended: reason=timeout - entering hang time - TX stream ended: reason=timeout Colors: Green=RX, Red=TX, Blue=Hang
