cort de9f4ca8e2 refactor: Standardize network terminology and improve code clarity ...

Dashboard terminology changes:
- 'Network Links' → 'Network Inbound' (servers connecting to us)
- 'Outbound Connections' → 'Network Outbound' (us connecting to servers)
- Stats pill 'Connected Repeaters' → 'Connections' (includes outbound)

Code clarity improvements:
- Added terminology note to models.py explaining that 'repeater' in code
  refers to ANY inbound connection (repeaters, hotspots, network links)
- Dashboard uses connection_type for visual categorization
- Clarified comments in hblink.py and RepeaterState class

Cleanup:
- Removed debug logging cruft from server.py
- Fixed corrupted emoji characters in docs
