Document the two Microsoft-signed loader sets and their firmware db requirements, the EfiBootLoader diagnostics registry key, and the BIOS third-party certificates option needed on machines that ship with a 2023-only Secure Boot configuration.
Explain why the Windows Secure Boot certificate rollout does not trigger automatically on system-encrypted machines, how to trigger it via the documented AvailableUpdates registry value, the precautions to take, and the recovery procedures when Secure Boot blocks the boot chain.

Document BLAKE2b-512 and Argon2id usage in the HTML/CHM user guide and Russian/Chinese translations. Clarify Argon2id's non-system scope, PBKDF2-HMAC system encryption behavior, PIM parameters, and regenerate the CHM files.
* Documentation: Remove XHTML spec and fix errors
None of the docs follow the XHTML specification, which means
that programs that expect this (such as Gnome Web) as it is advertised
as such, will completely fail to parse it as it is incorrect syntax. So
it is removed.

This change updates the term DISMOUNT in constants to UNMOUNT.
Other occurrences (e.g. variable names) are left alone for now.

This change updates the GUI text and replaces dismount with unmount.

* refactor(cmdline): add unmount
This change adds an argument 'unmount' for command line usage, while
trying to deprecate the old disnount argument.
The current dismount argument/flag will still work to not introduce
a breaking change.
* docs: mention that /dismount is deprecated
This change fixes the shorthand version of the argument /unmount
It also adds back the info for /dismount and that it is deprecated.
