Evan JarrettandClaude Fable 5.1 0f2dfc719d hold+appview: io.atcr.hold.repo, the hold's directory of the repositories it stores

One entry per owner and repository (keyed like stats) with the visibility,
written into the hold's space on every push notification and visibility
flip, no commit when unchanged. The appview syncs it into hold_repos
(migration 0039) and, for a private entry, derives and records the
repository's space. That is how an appview that never created a space
learns a private repository exists and where to read it, instead of
relying on the stats and layer records happening to name the repository.
