- README.md: updated from original dmrlink README with Python 3/asyncio
  context, correct IPSC full-mesh peer-to-peer description, file inventory,
  bridge and reporting explanations, and the original protocol/legal notices
- INSTALL.md: step-by-step install, venv setup, config, run, systemd, logging,
  and firewall guidance
- systemd/dmrlink3-bridge.service: unit for bridge.py
- systemd/dmrlink3-dash.service: unit for dashboard/server.py
- .gitignore: excludes live config files, venv, logs, ID alias JSON/CSV
- Fix: replace incorrect "IPSC2" label with "IPSC (IP Site Connect)" throughout
