Harshavardhana	74116204ce	handle fresh setup with mixed drives (#10273 ) fresh drive setups when one of the drive is a root drive, we should ignore such a root drive and not proceed to format. Harshavardhana	30da442a85	rootDisk on containers can have different device Id (#10259 ) use `/etc/hosts` instead of `/` to check for common device id, if the device is same for `/etc/hosts` and the --bind mount to detect root disks.
