7af3420045 Found problem with fullup of product ID and Serial Number field red by SCSI Read element status.
This was not seen before in all installed systems. JINR TS4500 exposed this problem 1-st time.

Allow setting of scsi commands timeout. 
For IBM TS4500 the timeout is 16 min as stated by IBM developer (this timeout is set in IBM driver). 
Linux ssci command timeot is set to 5 min, which causes problems and confusions during heavy mount / dismout activity.

6ca40adeba Refresh elements data.
If absolute_addressing == 1 refresh elements data when status command is executed.
    This is needed to update tape library information in the calling application.

Allows to call mtx routines.
    The rpm for this version must be built as:
    Replace mtx.spec in SPECS
    Put *.patch into SOURCES
    and build rpm.

The MTX program controls the robotic mechanism in autoloaders and tape libraries. Taken from Sourceforge, patches from centOS were applied, plus my changes to allow to use mtx over library calls.
