Replace KeystoreKeyring with KmsKeystore comparison

Browse Source 
Replace KeystoreKeyring with ComparatorKeyring between KeystoreKeyring and
KmsKeystore. In the opensource version, will replace DummyKeyring with
KmsKeyring directly.
