From d17a6edf124df76a95921c2d8c9804d67f9af9cc Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Lai Jiang Date: Thu, 3 Oct 2024 15:54:26 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] Try to fix CodeQL java actions (#2583) These flags are suggested by GitHub support to disable reusing caches during Gradle build. They think that could fix the intermittent error message: ``` Encountered a fatal error while running "/opt/hostedtoolcache/CodeQL/2.19.0/x64/codeql/codeql database finalize --finalize-dataset --threads=4 --ram=14576 --verbosity=progress++ /home/runner/work/_temp/codeql_databases/java". Exit code was 32 and last log line was: CodeQL detected code written in Java/Kotlin but could not process any of it. For more information, review our troubleshooting guide at https://gh.io/troubleshooting-code-scanning/no-source-code-seen-during-build . See the logs for more details. ``` --- .github/workflows/codeql.yml | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/.github/workflows/codeql.yml b/.github/workflows/codeql.yml index 85cebe193..6cbd8a138 100644 --- a/.github/workflows/codeql.yml +++ b/.github/workflows/codeql.yml @@ -53,7 +53,7 @@ jobs: build-scan-terms-of-use-url: "https://gradle.com/terms-of-service" build-scan-terms-of-use-agree: "yes" - name: Execute Gradle build - run: ./gradlew build -x test -x jIFC + run: ./gradlew --no-daemon --no-build-cache --no-configuration-cache --rerun-tasks clean build -x test -x jIFC # Autobuild attempts to build any compiled languages (C/C++, C#, Go, or Java). # If this step fails, then you should remove it and run the build manually (see below)
