This includes a bit of refactoring of the GSON creation. There can exist some objects (e.g. Address) where the JSON representation is not equal to the representation that we store in the database. For these objects, when deserializing, we should update the objects so that they reflect the proper DB structure (indeed, this is already what we do for the XML parsing of Address).
