shikhman adced3a5bc Make /bin/bash explicit in make_pkginfo

/bin/sh is not always /bin/bash, and double bracket evaluations don't work on all sh implementations.

You may be wondering where all the source code is for XML classes
like XjcEpp.java, XjcRdeDeposit.java, etc. These files are magically
generated by JAXB from the XML schemas (.xsd) files.

Run the command `ant gensrc` and they should be available under:

    build/gensrc/google/registry/xjc/
