Adrien Beraud 86d452fbb6 nodejs: bundle source-built llhttp license notices 
The Noble dependency image builds llhttp from source, so dpkg-query cannot identify its license package. Include the pinned upstream MIT notice when bundling Linux llhttp libraries while retaining package-owner checks for other dependencies.
