Some additions to automake infrastructure to get clean default build.

Be sure to pull in paths to headers for json and MsgPack dependencies.
Be sure to always build the base64 encoder and decoder, as they are
needed.

The token used to cancel a listener was wrong. Indeed, tokenBGlobal
was used to get the linked listener, not to identify the listener
inside dhtrunner.
