Auke Kok d3c5328909 setattr_prepare no longer extern in fs.h ...

v5.11-rc4-7-g2f221d6f7b88 Changes setattr_prepare from an extern
to plain int. There's no impact further to the compat to keep it
working except for the detection regex.
