Subject: [PATCH] qla2x00t-32gbit: Honor the PI build guard in the 29xx CRC
 path

The imported 29xx CRC builder calls the protection SG walker
unconditionally, but SCST compiles that walker only with QLA_ENABLE_PI.
Match the existing 24xx caller so PI-disabled builds do not retain an
undefined symbol. Keep this SCST adaptation separate from upstream
b6781d71a414.
