iscsi-scst, srpt: Remove MOFED_MAJOR and MOFED_MINOR definitions

Commit r7084 removed all users of MOFED_MAJOR. Hence also remove the
code that sets that variable. Note: MOFED_MINOR was never used in any
.c file.
