Since the driver in the qla2x00t-32gbit directory supersedes the driver from
the QLogic git tree, remove all references to the latter.

This avoids that the SCST RPM conflicts with other kernel RPMs
that install kernel modules in the "extra" directory. Reported
and suggested by Consus <consus@gmx.com>.

Additionally, fix the logic for determining %{krpmver} if %{kdir} points
to another kernel version than the latest kernel version.

I hit couple of issues in scst.spec.in:
1. krpmver sets to oldest available kernel rpm version (RedHat/Fedora
typically keeps 3 kernels), that causes rpm dependency on a wrong
kernel version
2. if system has a newer kernel version installed but not booted into
it yet, build goes against currently running kernel version,
disrespecting what KVER is set to.

Split scst.spec.in as follows:
* Keep the directives for generating an RPM that contains binary kernel
modules in scst.spec.in. Add the kernel version number in the RPM name
to make it possible to install RPMs for different kernel versions next
to each other.
* Move the directives for generating a DKMS RPM into a new spec file. The
name of this spec file does not contain a kernel version since the DKMS
RPM is independent of the kernel version against which it has been built.

This patch has been tested on a koji build server and also on four
different RPM-based distributions (CentOS 7, Fedora 20, openSuSE 13.2
and SLES 11 SP3).

Make it possible to build an SCST RPM via the command "make rpm".
