Vladislav Bolkhovitin cbaab260f1 Add new scst_cmd_get_queue_type()/scst_cmd_set_queue_type() accessors and use them in target drivers instead of direct access to SCST's cmd->queue_type.

Andy Yan 899450e0cd 1. Fixed some issues with initiator driver.
