87d82bfa8f Remove documentation references to procfs 
Now that procfs has been removed, remove the references to procfs from
the documentation.

14d5140421 - Updates to SCST::SCST 0.9 to support sysfs interface. 
- First version of scstadmin.sysfs. This is INCOMPLETE,                  
  don't use it yet.

80527e905e - Added new scst perl module 0.9.00. Note, this 
version does not yet work with scstadmin. Please
  use older scst-0.8.xx. This new module is a complete
  rewite to support sysfs.

4d1e8f84c7 Changes for 1.0.10 
- Added new [OPTIONS] section to config file.             
- Added new ISSUE_LIP option for fc targets to issue a LIP after group
  assignment changes.
- Added new KEEP_CONFIG option to keep all options when overwriting a   
  configuration file with -writeconfig.
- General cleanup.

908e8f76dd - Added a proper Makefile.PL to SCST::SCST so now we have a also a 
proper man page.
- Renamed Changes to ChangeLog
- Updated README to include instructions for installing the perl module.
- Renamed SCST perl module directory tp scst-0.7.4
