9a67bab4a7 fcst: 
- Avoid that login triggers a crash.
- Add make release2debug / perf2debug / debug2release / debug2perf support.
- Complain when refusing login.
- RHEL 6 build fixes.

6023f1ad34 This patch adds a new target module for SCST and libfc 
that accepts FCP requests from libfc HBAs running Fibre Channel
over Ethernet (FCoE) and passes them to SCST.
