Gleb Chesnokov 055865e734 docs: Remove obsolete Subversion references ...

The tracked SVN tag ledger and checkout instructions predate the move to
Git and no longer describe a supported workflow.

Remove the obsolete material, point Debian metadata at GitHub and keep
the retired Gentoo guide generic about its old source location.
