Include all handler suites through the shared KUnit switch in external module builds. Link the capacity suite as a separate object with private access to the command dispatcher. Keep the access declarations available to ordinary in-tree builds. Check READ CAPACITY response bytes, queue geometry, short and split buffers, and invalid CDBs using private fileio and nullio fixtures. Bind the command CDB to its inline buffer and provide a private session for allocation-failure status handling.
