Gleb Chesnokov 6a3bef807b kunit: Import the public Linux KTAP parser

Vendor the unmodified public Linux master parser and printer with
provenance and checksums. Keep SCST module execution policy outside
these files.

Linux KUnit parser

These unmodified files come from the public Linux master branch, pinned at commit 24a19b953e2a3d0ea5a8c4951a0ab8f32720c907. They are GPL-2.0 licensed, as indicated in individual file headers. SCST runner code lives in the parent directory.
