Bart Van Assche bdf56c04b6 qla2x00t: Use scsi_build_sense() 
This patch fixes a bug by changing SAM_STAT_CHECK_CONDITION << 1 into
SAM_STAT_CHECK_CONDITION in the SCSI result code.
