This avoids that the following checkpatch complaint is triggered: Do not include the paragraph about writing to the Free Software Foundation's mailing address from the sample GPL notice. The FSF has changed addresses in the past, and may do so again. Linux already includes a copy of the GPL. The newer f/w for 2100s is > 0x8000 words, which PROM code on some cards has trouble loading- define the token USE_SMALLER_2100_FIRMWARE to select 1.15.37 f/w for the 2100.
