Stanislaw Gruszka ba3e4ca72f Synchronize with Feral CVS repository: ...

Put RISC_CODE define in the firmware files.

Use the Linux 2.6 firmware loader support if available. This saves
close to 700K of useless code getting loaded otherwise.
