  > tls: Wrap all IO in semaphore (Fixes #2575)
  > tests/lowres_clock_test.cc: Declare helper static
  > tests/lowres_clock_test.cc: fix compilation error for older GCC
  > configure.py: verifies boost version
  > pkg-config: Eliminate spaces in include path arguments
