Example of installation is out of date, since scylla-5.2 is EOL for long time
upding the example for more recent release (together with packages update)
Since JMX server is deprecated, drop them from submodule, build system
and package definition.

This commit extracts the information about the configuration the user should do
right after installation (especially running scylla_setup) to a separate file.
The file is included in the relevant pages, i.e., installing with packages
and installing with Web Installer.
In addition, the examples on the Web Installer page are updated
with supported versions of ScyllaDB.

The page was missing from the docs. I created the page based on
the information in the download center (which will be closed down soon)
and other ScyllaDB resources.

thrift support was deprecated since ScyllaDB 5.2
> Thrift API - legacy ScyllaDB (and Apache Cassandra) API is
> deprecated and will be removed in followup release. Thrift has
> been disabled by default.
so let's drop it. in this change,
* thrift protocol support is dropped
* all references to thrift support in document are dropped
* the "thrift_version" column in system.local table is
preserved for backward compatibility, as we could load
from an existing system.local table which still contains
this clolumn, so we need to write this column as well.
* "/storage_service/rpc_server" is only preserved for
backward compatibility with java-based nodetool.
* `rpc_port` and `start_rpc` options are preserved, but
they are marked as "Unused". so that the new release
of scylladb can consume existing scylla.yaml configurations
which might contain these settings. by making them
deprecated, user will be able get warned, and update
their configurations before we actually remove them
in the next major release.

This commit adds image information for the latest patch release
to the GCP and Azure deployment page.
The information now replaces the reference to the Download Center
so that the user doesn't have to jump to another website.

This pull request adds dynamic substitutions for the following variables:
* `.. |CURRENT_VERSION| replace:: {current_version}`
* `.. |UBUNTU_SCYLLADB_LIST| replace:: scylla-{current_version}.list`
* `.. |CENTOS_SCYLLADB_REPO| replace:: scylla-{current_version}.repo`
As a result, it is no longer needed to update the "Installation on Linux" page manually after every new release.

as the version name.
- It adds the information for the newly supported

Fixes https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-docs/issues/3419
This PR moves the installation instructions from the [website](https://www.scylladb.com/download/) to the documentation. Key changes:
- The instructions are mostly identical, so they were squeezed into one page with different tabs.
- I've merged the info for Ubuntu and Debian, as well as CentOS and RHEL.
- The page uses variables that should be updated each release (at least for now).
- The Java requirement was updated from Java 8 to Java 11 following [this issue](https://github.com/scylladb/scylla-docs/issues/3419).
- In addition, the title of the Unified Installer page has been updated to communicate better about its contents.

This is V2 of https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/pull/14108
This commit moves the installation instruction for the cloud from the [website ](https://www.scylladb.com/download/)to the docs.
The scope:
* Added new files with instructions for AWS, GCP, and Azure.
* Added the new files to the index.
* Updating the "Install ScyllaDB" page to create the "Cloud Deployment" section.
* Adding new bookmarks in other files to create stable links, for example, ".. _networking-ports:"
* Moving common files to the new "installation-common" directory. This step is required to exclude the open source-only files
in the Enterprise repository.
In addition:
- The Configuration Reference file was moved out of the installation
section (it's not about installation at all)
- The links to creating a cluster were removed from the installation
page (as not related).
