This commit eliminates unused boost header includes from the tree.
Removing these unnecessary includes reduces dependencies on the
external Boost.Adapters library, leading to faster compile times
and a slightly cleaner codebase.

To reduce test executable size and speed up compilation time, compile unit
tests into a single executable.
Here is a file size comparison of the unit test executable:
- Before applying the patch
$ du -h --exclude='*.o' --exclude='*.o.d' build/release/test/boost/ build/debug/test/boost/
11G build/release/test/boost/
29G build/debug/test/boost/
- After applying the patch
du -h --exclude='*.o' --exclude='*.o.d' build/release/test/boost/ build/debug/test/boost/
5.5G build/release/test/boost/
19G build/debug/test/boost/
It reduces executable sizes 5.5GB on release, and 10GB on debug.

This includes way too much, including <boost/regex.hpp>, which is huge.
Drop includes of adaptors.hpp and replace by what is needed.

get0() dates back from the days where Seastar futures carried tuples, and
get0() was a way to get the first (and usually only) element. Now
it's a distraction, and Seastar is likely to deprecate and remove it.
Replace with seastar::future::get(), which does the same thing.
time_t is defined as a "Arithmetic type capable of representing times".
so we can just initialize it with 0 without braces. this change should
silence warning like:
```
test/boost/aggregate_fcts_test.cc:238:45: error: braces around scalar initializer [-Werror,-Wbraced-scalar-init]
auto tp = db_clock::from_time_t({ 0 }) + std::chrono::milliseconds(1);
We have enabled the command line options without changing a
single line of code, we only had to replace old include
with scylla_test_case.hh.
Next step is to add x-log-compaction-groups options, which will
determine the number of compaction groups to be used by all
instantiations of replica::table.
After the mechanical change in fcb8d040e8
("treewide: use Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) license identifiers"),
a few stray license blurbs or fragments thereof remain. In two cases
these were extra blurbs in code generators intended for the generated code,
in others they were just missed by the script.
Clean them up, adding an SPDX license identifier where needed.
Closes#10072
Instead of lengthy blurbs, switch to single-line, machine-readable
standardized (https://spdx.dev) license identifiers. The Linux kernel
switched long ago, so there is strong precedent.
Three cases are handled: AGPL-only, Apache-only, and dual licensed.
For the latter case, I chose (AGPL-3.0-or-later and Apache-2.0),
reasoning that our changes are extensive enough to apply our license.
The changes we applied mechanically with a script, except to
licenses/README.md.
Closes#9937
The min/max aggregators use aggregate_type_for comparators, and the
aggregate_type_for<timeuuid> is regular uuid. But that yields wrong
results; timeuuids should be compared as timestamps.
Fix it by changing aggregate_type_for<timeuuid> from uuid to timeuuid,
so aggregators can distinguish betwen the two. Then specialize the
aggregation utilities for timeuuid.
Add a cql-pytest and change some unit tests, which relied on naive
uuid comparators.
Closes#7910
Expected behavior is the lexicographical comparison of sets
(element by element), so this test was failing when raw byte
representations were compared.
1. Move tests to test (using singular seems to be a convention
in the rest of the code base)
2. Move boost tests to test/boost, other
(non-boost) unit tests to test/unit, tests which are
expected to be run manually to test/manual.
Update configure.py and test.py with new paths to tests.
