The --column-count makes the test generate schema with
the given numbers of columns and make mutation maker
fill random column with the value on each iteration.

Teach the schema builder and test itself to work on more
than one regular column, but for now only use 1, as before.

This replaces a lot of make_lw_shared(schema(...)) with
make_shared_schema(...).
This makes it easier to drop a dependency on the differences between
seastar::make_shared and std::make_shared.

This allows us to drop a #include <reactor.hh>, reducing compile time.
Several translation units that lost access to required declarations
are updated with the required includes (this can be an include of
reactor.hh itself, in case the translation unit that lost it got it
indirectly via logalloc.hh)
Ref #1.
1. Move tests to test (using singular seems to be a convention
in the rest of the code base)
2. Move boost tests to test/boost, other
(non-boost) unit tests to test/unit, tests which are
expected to be run manually to test/manual.
Update configure.py and test.py with new paths to tests.
