Unused imports, unused variables and such.
Initially, there were no functional changes, just to get rid of some standard CodeQL warnings.
I've then broken the CI, as apparently there's a install time(!?) Python script creation for the sole purpose of product
naming. I changed it - we have it in etcdir, as SCYLLA-PRODUCT-FILE.
So added (copied from a different script) a get_product() helper function in scylla_util.py and used it instead.
While at it, also fixed the too broad import from scylla_util, which 'forced' me to also fix other specific imports (such as shutil).
Improvement - no need to backport.

Since it is requirement for Red Hat OpenShift Certification, we need to
run the container as non-root user.

Instead of lengthy blurbs, switch to single-line, machine-readable
standardized (https://spdx.dev) license identifiers. The Linux kernel
switched long ago, so there is strong precedent.
Three cases are handled: AGPL-only, Apache-only, and dual licensed.
For the latter case, I chose (AGPL-3.0-or-later and Apache-2.0),
reasoning that our changes are extensive enough to apply our license.
The changes we applied mechanically with a script, except to
licenses/README.md.
Closes#9937
Since nonroot mode requires to run everything on non-privileged user,
most of setup scripts does not able to use nonroot mode.
We only provide following functions on nonroot mode:
- EC2 check
- IO setup
- Node exporter installer
- Dev mode setup
Rest of functions will be skipped on scylla_setup.
To implement nonroot mode on setup scripts, scylla_util provides
utility functions to abstract difference of directory structure between normal
installation and nonroot mode.
When user mistakenly forgot to pass parameter for a flag, our scripts misparses
next flag as the parameter.
ex) Correct usage is '--ntp-domain <domain> --setup-nic', but passed
'--ntp-domain --setup-nic'.
Result of that, next flag will ignore by scripts.
To prevent such behavior, reject any parameter that start with '--'.

We choosed #!/bin/sh for shebang when we started to implement installer scripts, not bash.
After we started to work on Ubuntu, we found that we mistakenly used bash syntax on AMI script, it caused error since /bin/sh is dash on Ubuntu.
So we changed shebang to /bin/bash for the script, from that time we have both sh scripts and bash scripts.

If we use bash syntax on sh scripts, it won't work on Ubuntu but works on Fedora/CentOS, could be very easy to confusing.
So switch all scripts to #!/bin/bash. It will much safer.
