f3366d8ae6 seastarx: don't make seastar namespace inline 
It's apparently not legal to re-declare an existing namespace
inline. Use "using" instead.

ebaeefa02b Merge seatar upstream (seastar namespace) 
- introcduced "seastarx.hh" header, which does a "using namespace seastar";
 - 'net' namespace conflicts with seastar::net, renamed to 'netw'.
 - 'transport' namespace conflicts with seastar::transport, renamed to
   cql_transport.
 - "logger" global variables now conflict with logger global type, renamed
   to xlogger.
 - other minor changes

e7eb76fc58 Introduce stdx.hh header file 
So we don't have to create an stdx = std::experimental alias everywhere.
