get0() dates back from the days where Seastar futures carried tuples, and
get0() was a way to get the first (and usually only) element. Now
it's a distraction, and Seastar is likely to deprecate and remove it.
Replace with seastar::future::get(), which does the same thing.
Pretty cosmetic change, but it will allow S3 to finally support moving
sstables between states (after this patch it still doesn't)

this change is one of the series which drops most of the callers
using SSTable generation as integer. as the generation of SSTable
is but an identifier, we should not use it as an integer out of
generation_type's implementation. so, in this change, instead of
using `generation_type::int_t` in helper functions, we just use
`generation_type`. please note, despite that we'd prefer generating
the generations using generator, the SSTables used by the tests
modified by this change are stored in the repo, to ensure that the
tests are always able to find the SSTable files, we keep them
unchanged instead of using generation_generator, or a random
generation for the testing.
we will divert other callers of `reusable_sst(...,
generation_type::int)` in following-up changes in different ways.

There are two of them currently, both returning fs::path for sstable
components. One is static and can be dropped, callers are patched to use
the non-static one making the code tiny bit shorter.

Convert all users to use sstables::generation_type::int_t.
Further patches will continue to convert most to
using sstables::generation_type instead so we can
abstract the value type.

When creating a deletion log for a bunch of sstables the code checks
that all sstables share the same "storage" by lexicographically
comparing their prefixes. That's not correct, as filesystem paths may
refer to the same directory even if not being equal.
So far that's been mostly OK, because paths manipulations were done in
simple forms without producing unequal paths. Patch 8a061bd8 (sstables,
code: Introduce and use change_state() call) triggerred a corner case.
fs::path foo("/foo");
sstring sub("");
foo = foo / sub;
produces a correct path of "/foo/", but the trailing slash breaks the
aforementioned assumption about prefixes comparison. As a result, when
an sstable moves between, say, staging and normal locations it may gain
a trailing slash breaking the deletion log creation code.
The fix is to restrict the deletion log creation not to rely on path
strings comparison completely and trim the trailing slash if it happens.
A test is included.

We have enabled the command line options without changing a
single line of code, we only had to replace old include
with scylla_test_case.hh.
Next step is to add x-log-compaction-groups options, which will
determine the number of compaction groups to be used by all
instantiations of replica::table.

The sstable::filename() is going to become private method. Lots of tests
call it, but tests do call a lot of other sstable private methods,
that's OK. Make the sstable::filename() yet another one of that kind in
advance.

The sstable_move_test creates sstables in its own temp directories and
the requests these dirs' paths back from sstables. Test can come with
the paths it has at hand, no need to call sstables for it.

The method in question accepts boolean bit whether or not it should sync
directories at the end. It's always true but in one case, so there's the
default value for it. Make use of it.
Anticipating the suggestion to replace bool with bool_class -- next
patch will replace it with something else.

`generation_type` is (supposed to be) conceptually different from
`int64_t` (even if physically they are the same), but at present
Scylla code still largely treats them interchangeably.
In addition to using `generation_type` in more places, we
provide (no-op) `generation_value()` and `generation_from_value()`
operations to make the smoke-and-mirrors more believable.
The churn is considerable, but all mechanical. To avoid even
more (way, way more) churn, unit test code is left untreated for
now, except where it uses the affected core APIs directly.

Instead of lengthy blurbs, switch to single-line, machine-readable
standardized (https://spdx.dev) license identifiers. The Linux kernel
switched long ago, so there is strong precedent.
Three cases are handled: AGPL-only, Apache-only, and dual licensed.
For the latter case, I chose (AGPL-3.0-or-later and Apache-2.0),
reasoning that our changes are extensive enough to apply our license.
The changes we applied mechanically with a script, except to
licenses/README.md.

The database.hh is the central recursive-headers knot -- it has ~50
includes. This patch leaves only 34 (it remains the champion though).
Similar thing for database.cc.
Both changes help the latter compile ~4% faster :)

When moving a sstable between directories, we would like to
be able to crash at any point during the algorithm with a
clear way to either roll the operation forwards or backwards.
To achieve that, define sstable::create_links_common that accepts
a `mark_for_removal` flag, implementing the following algorithm:
1. link src.toc to dst.temp_toc.
until removed, the destination sstable is marked for removal.
2. link all src components to dst.
crashing here will leave dst with both temp_toc and toc.
3.
a. if mark_for_removal is unset then just remove dst.temp_toc.
this is commit the destination sstable and complete create_links.
b. if mark_for_removal is set then move dst.temp_toc to src.temp_toc.
this will atomically toggle recovery after crash from roll-back
to roll-forward.
here too, crashing at this point will leave src with both
temp_toc and toc.
Adjust the unit test for the revised algorithm.

Handle the case where create_link is replayed after crashing in the middle.
In particular, if we restart when moving sstables from staging to the base dir,
right after create_links completes, and right before deleting the source links,
we end up with seemingly 2 valid sstables, one still in staging and the other
already in the base table directory, both are hard linked to the same inodes.
Make create_links idempotent so it can replay the operation safely if crashed and
restarted at any point of its operation.
Add unit tests for replay after partial create_links that is expected to succeed,
and a test for replay when an sstable exist in the destination that is not
hard-linked to the source sstable; create_links is expected to fail in this case.
