Glauber Costa	ef3c7ab38e	auth: always convert string to upper case before comparing ... We store all auth perm strings in upper case, but the user might very well pass this in upper case. We could use a standard key comparator / hash here, but since the strings tend to be small, the new sstring will likely be allocated in the stack here and this approach yields significantly less code.
