38a54df863 Fix pre-ScyllaDB copyright statements 
People keep tripping over the old copyrights and copy-pasting them to
new files. Search and replace "Cloudius Systems" with "ScyllaDB".

e928bcaf19 utils: introduce large_bitset 
Like boost::dynamic_bitset, but less capable.  On the other hand it avoids
very large allocations, which are incurred by the bloom filter's bitset
on even moderately sized sstables.
