Pekka Enberg	d6bf424127	configure.py: Build scylla-unified-package.tar.gz to build/<mode>/dist/tar ... Let's build scylla-unified-package.tar.gz in build/<mode>/dist/tar for symmetry. The old location is still kept for backward compatibility for now. Also document the new official artifact location.
