To use, pass 'sstable_compression': 'org.apache.cassandra.io.compress.ZstdCompressor' to the 'compression' argument when creating a table. You can also specify a 'compression_level'. Add ZStandard compression

This adds the option to compress sstables using the Zstandard algorithm
