Amnon Heiman	fd7e0e512a	Adding the commit log metric stub implementation ... This adds a stub implementation to the commit log metrics. The calls return the currect value type with a stub value. Amnon Heiman	c6723d2f61	Adding the commitlog API implementation ... This adds the implementation of the commitlog API.
