cql3: convert sprint() to format()
...
sprint() recently became more strict, throwing on sprint("%s", 5). Replace
with the more modern format().
Mechanically converted with https://github.com/avikivity/unsprint .

Fix pre-ScyllaDB copyright statements
...
People keep tripping over the old copyrights and copy-pasting them to
new files. Search and replace "Cloudius Systems" with "ScyllaDB".
