Avi Kivity	eec0b20dbc	cql3: statement_restrictions: prepare statement_restrictions for capturing this ... Prevent copying/moving, that can change the address, and instead enforce using shared_ptr. Most of the code is already using shared_ptr, so the changes aren't very large.
