The existing OCI section in admin.rst was a minimal stub that only showed
a config snippet without explaining how to actually set up connectivity.
Add documentation for:
- The OCI S3-compatible endpoint URL format (namespace + region)
- That credentials must be set explicitly via AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID /
AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY using OCI Customer Secret Keys (unlike AWS,
OCI has no instance metadata fallback compatible with STS/EC2)
- A note that iam_role_arn is AWS-specific and should be omitted for OCI

Closesscylladb/scylladb#29689
The rack option was fully implemented in the code but omitted from
both docs/operating-scylla/admin.rst and conf/scylla.yaml comments.
Closesscylladb/scylladb#29239
Update the documentation about restrictions to tablets keyspaces related
to RF-rack.
* MV/SI require the keyspace to be RF-rack-valid
* topology operations are restricted if a keyspace has views to preserve
RF-rack-validity
This commit removes the now redundant driver pages from
the Scylla DB documentation. Instead, the link to the pages
where we moved the diver information is added.
Also, the links are updated across the ScyllaDB manual.
Redirections are added for all the removed pages.

This commit fixes the information about object storage:
- Object storage configuration is no longer marked as experimental.
- Redundant information has been removed from the description.
- Information related to object storage for SStabels has been removed
as the feature is not working.
Fixes https://github.com/scylladb/scylladb/issues/26985Closesscylladb/scylladb#26987
We modify the requirements for using materialized views in tablet-based
keyspaces. Before, it was necessary to enable the configuration option
`rf_rack_valid_keyspaces`, having the cluster feature `VIEWS_WITH_TABLETS`
enabled, and using the experimental feature `views-with-tablets`.
We drop the last requirement.
We adjust code to that change and provide a new validation test.
We also update the user documentation to reflect the changes.

This commit fixes incorrect headings in the Admin Guide and the files
that are included in that guide.
The purpose is to properly organize the content and improve the search,
as well as prevent potential build problems caused by a poor heading organization.

This change also removes the `object_storage.yaml` file
altogether and adds tests for fetching the endpoints
via the `v2/config/object_storage_endpoints` REST api.

Updated the Scylla Tools documentation to include changes related to
the enhanced support for S3-stored SSTables. This update ensures that
the documentation accurately reflects the latest functionality and
improvements.
this commit moves the object storage configuration guide from the developer
documentation to the user-facing admin documentation. the change reflects
the increasing importance of object storage integration in user-facing
features.
in this change:
- move relevant content from `docs/dev/object_storage.md` to
`docs/operating-scylla/admin.rst`
- reformat the content from Markdown to reStructuredText (RST)
- reword and restructure the content to be more user-friendly
- add explanations and context suitable for a broader audience
this change makes the object storage configuration information more
accessible to Scylla administrators and end-users, supporting the adoption
of new features built on top of object storage integration.

thrift support was deprecated since ScyllaDB 5.2
> Thrift API - legacy ScyllaDB (and Apache Cassandra) API is
> deprecated and will be removed in followup release. Thrift has
> been disabled by default.
so let's drop it. in this change,
* thrift protocol support is dropped
* all references to thrift support in document are dropped
* the "thrift_version" column in system.local table is
preserved for backward compatibility, as we could load
from an existing system.local table which still contains
this clolumn, so we need to write this column as well.
* "/storage_service/rpc_server" is only preserved for
backward compatibility with java-based nodetool.
* `rpc_port` and `start_rpc` options are preserved, but
they are marked as "Unused". so that the new release
of scylladb can consume existing scylla.yaml configurations
which might contain these settings. by making them
deprecated, user will be able get warned, and update
their configurations before we actually remove them
in the next major release.
