57ffbcbb22 cql3: fix spurious token names in syntax error messages
We have known for a long time (see issue #1703) that the quality of our
CQL "syntax error" messages leave a lot to be desired, especially when
compared to Cassandra. This patch doesn't yet bring us great error
messages with great context - doing this isn't easy and it appears that
Antlr3's C++ runtime isn't as good as the Java one in this regard -
but this patch at least fixes **garbage** printed in some error messages.

Specifically, when the parser can deduce that a specific token is missing,
it used to print

    line 1:83 missing ')' at '<missing '

After this patch we get rid of the meaningless string '<missing ':

    line 1:83 : Missing ')'

Also, when the parser deduced that a specific token was unneeded, it
used to print:

    line 1:83 extraneous input ')' expecting <invalid>

Now we got rid of this silly "<invalid>" and write just:

    line 1:83 : Unexpected ')'

Refs #1703. I didn't yet marked that issue "fixed" because I think a
complete fix would also require printing the entire misparsed line and the
point of the parse failure. Scylla still prints a generic "Syntax Error"
in most cases now, and although the character number (83 in the above
example) can help, it's much more useful to see the actual failed
statement and where character 83 is.

Unfortunately some tests enshrine buggy error messages and had to be
fixed. Other tests enshrined strange text for a generic unexplained
error message, which used to say "  : syntax error..." (note the two
spaces and elipses) and after this patch is " : Syntax error". So
these tests are changed. Another message, "no viable alternative at
input" is deliberately kept unchanged by this patch so as not to break
many more tests which enshrined this message.

df63e2ba27 types: move types.{cc,hh} into types
they are part of the CQL type system, and are "closer" to types.
let's move them into "types" directory.

the building systems are updated accordingly.

the source files referencing `types.hh` were updated using following
command:

```
find . -name "*.{cc,hh}" -exec sed -i 's/\"types.hh\"/\"types\/types.hh\"/' {} +
```

the source files under sstables include "types.hh", which is
indeed the one located under "sstables", so include "sstables/types.hh"
instea, so it's more explicit.

5937b1fa23 treewide: remove empty comments in top-of-files
After fcb8d040 ("treewide: use Software Package Data Exchange
(SPDX) license identifiers"), many dual-licensed files were
left with empty comments on top. Remove them to avoid visual
noise.

fcb8d040e8 treewide: use Software Package Data Exchange (SPDX) license identifiers
Instead of lengthy blurbs, switch to single-line, machine-readable
standardized (https://spdx.dev) license identifiers. The Linux kernel
switched long ago, so there is strong precedent.

Three cases are handled: AGPL-only, Apache-only, and dual licensed.
For the latter case, I chose (AGPL-3.0-or-later and Apache-2.0),
reasoning that our changes are extensive enough to apply our license.

The changes we applied mechanically with a script, except to
licenses/README.md.

20f49566a2 cql3 : add workaround to antlr3 null dereference bug
The Antlr3 exception class has a null dereference bug that crashes
the system when trying to extract the exception message using
ANTLR_Exception<...>::displayRecognitionError(...) function. When
a parsing error occurs the CqlParser throws an exception which in
turn processesed for some special cases in scylla to generate a custom
message. The default case however, creates the message using
displayRecognitionError, causing the system to crash.
The fix is a simple workaround, making sure the pointer is not null
before the call to the function. A "proper" fix can't be implemented
because the exception class itself is implemented outside scylla
in antlr headers that resides on the host machine os.

Tested manualy 2 testcases, a typo causing scylla to crash and
a cql comment without a newline at the end also caused scylla to crash.
Ran unit tests (release).

1100bb8a5b cql: Eagerly throw lexing and parsing exceptions
Previously, lexing and parsing errors were aggregated while CQL queries were
evaluated. Afterwards, the first collected error (if present) would be thrown as
an exception.

The problem was that when parsing and lexing errors were aggregated this way,
the parser would continue even in spite of errors like "no viable alternative".
Semantic actions attached to grammar rules would still execute, though with
variables that had not yet been initialized. This would crash Scylla.

This change modifies the error-handling strategy of CQL parsing. Rather than
aggregate errors, we throw an exception on the first error we encounter. This
ensures that grammar actions never execute unless there is a precise match.

One possible issue with this approach is that the generated C++ code from the
ANTLR grammar may not be exception-safe. I compiled Scylla in debug-mode with
ASan support and executed several erroneous CQL queries with `cqlsh`. No memory
leaks were reported.

Fixes #2466.

4e04805352 cql3: Make lexer and parser error messages compatible with Cassandra
The default recognition error messages in antlr C++ backend are
different from Java backend which makes Scylla's CQL error messages
incompatible with Cassandra. This makes it very hard to write CQL level
test cases which are portable between Scylla and Cassandra.

To fix the issue, override the most common lexer and parser error
messages to follow the convention set by the antlr Java backend. This
unlocks various test cases in AlterTest, for example.
