This commit replaces a link to a section of
the ScyllaDB website with little information
about ScyllaDB vs. Cassandra with a link to
a documentation section where Cassandra
compatibility is covered in detail.

This commit removes the information about in-memory tables
from the Open Source documentation, as it is an Enterprise-only
feature.
