Duarte Nunes	cddf2f4d74	tests: Fix failure virtual_reader_test This patch fixes a failure of virtual_reader_test, where both the test itself and the cql_test_env initialize the messaging_service to listen on the same address and port, triggering an assert in posix_ap_server_socket_impl::accept().
