b59ac032c9 lwt: add column_mapping history persistence tests 
There are two basic tests, which:
 * Test that column mappings are serialized and deserialized
   properly on both CREATE TABLE and ALTER TABLE
 * Column mappings for obsoleted schema versions are updated
   with a TTL value on schema change

Tests: unit(dev)
