Pavel Emelyanov 41a1b1c0d0 move_tablets: Emplace mutations into vector, not push ...

It's more applicable in this case.

Also, built tablets mutations are casted to canonical_mutations, but
when emplaced compiler can pick-up canonical_mutation(const mutation&)
constructor and the cast is not required.
