Petr Gusev aca9e41a44 topology.cc: remove_endpoint: _dc_racks removal fix ...

The eps reference was reused to manipulate
the racks dictionary. This resulted in
assigning a set of nodes from the racks
dictionary to an element of the _dc_endpoints dictionary.

This is a backport of bcb1d7c to branch-5.2.
