Yaniv Michael Kaul 10085ddb25 compaction/leveled_compaction_strategy: guard async I/O in debug log 
Severity: high

co_await table_s.main_sstable_set() was called solely to get the
sstable count for a debug log message. This performs async I/O on
every LCS compaction even when debug logging is disabled. Wrap in
an is_enabled() guard.
