Migrate vector search (ANN ordered select query) CQL tests from C++/Boost suite to pytest. This migration includes: - New pytest tests in `test/cqlpy/test_vector_search_with_vector_store_mock.py` - VectorStoreMock server as pytest fixture to simulate vector store responses The benefits of this migration are: - Extended test coverage to verify CQL protocol serialization and driver - Reduced overall test time (no compilation required for pytest) Fixes SCYLLADB-695 No backport needed as this is a refactoring.
